Here are some reasons why your match was not counted:

- Your pass has expired/is missing.
- You haven't set up match synchronization in your profile.
- We only consider Premier mode, or Faceit 5v5 matchmaking

Is it possible to complete missions without a pass?

No, to complete missions and access the Operation Pass features, you must activate the Operation Pass.

How long is the Spring Spectrum pass valid for?

The operation pass is time-limited. Purchasing a pass grants you access to its functionality until the operation is completed.

How to get operation stars?

- Completing weekly missions.
- Inviting friends.
- Purchase of a pass.
- Victory in the match.

How long will Operation Spring Spectrum last?

Operation Spring Spectrum will end on February 28, 2026.

If there is less than a month left until the end of the operation, what will happen?

Each pass is limited in time; once you purchase a pass, it remains with you until the end of the operation.

How to invite a friend?

You can invite a friend by sending them your referral code. Once they purchase a pass with your code, you and your friend will receive Operation Stars.

Is it possible to purchase multiple passes?

Yes, you can purchase multiple passes for yourself, but no more than 5.
